About the Role
Experienced equipment operator for excavation, grading, foundation prep, and site work on Warrior projects across Oahu. Steady year-round work.
What You'll Do
- Operate excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and loaders safely and productively.
- Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and backfill work.
- Read grade stakes, site plans, and elevation markers.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with site superintendent, foremen, and other trades.
- Maintain safe job site practices and OSHA compliance.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of equipment operation experience on commercial or residential sites.
- Proficient with excavators, skid steers, and loaders.
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (CDL a strong plus).
- OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain — we pay for it).
- Ability to read site plans, grade stakes, and elevations.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
Nice to Have
- CDL Class A or B.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience with GPS grading systems.
- Concrete / foundation prep experience.
