Our client, a prominent agricultural operation, is seeking a dedicated Seasonal General Laborer to join their team. As a Seasonal General Laborer, you will be an integral part of the fruit farm operations supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
Job Title: Seasonal General Laborer
Location: Leelanau
Pay Range: $15-17/hr, based on experience
Shift: 9:00am-5:00pm 3-4 days a week (Based on production needs). Generally Tuesday-Thursday/Friday, subject to change based on needs.
What's the Job?
- Manually load pallets of product onto the production line to support efficient warehouse operations
- Accurately and efficiently place product into boxes
- Build and fill pallets with boxed product following company standards
- Maintain a consistent workflow to support production and shipping schedules
- Inspect product and packaging for quality issues and report any concerns

- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Dependability with good attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
