As Site Supervisor, you will lead a team of mobile patrol officers to deliver exceptional service on your assigned account while driving improvements in performance, accountability, and morale. Success in this role means:

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of unarmed mobile patrol officers on your assigned account, maintaining high performance and morale.
- Ride along on and audit vehicle patrol routes, checkpoints, and property walks to ensure officers are covering assigned areas on schedule.
- Use GPS-verified patrol tracking technology to monitor officer activity and confirm route completion.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop incentive programs and training initiatives.
- Conduct inspections and performance evaluations to maintain quality standards.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies on your account, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
- Review patrol reports and activity data to identify gaps in coverage and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and submit same-night incident reporting in line with GCI's RapidResponse™ standard.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong ability to drive results, motivate a team, and collaborate with senior leadership. You are:
- Experienced: At least 2-3 years in a supervisory role in security, military, or law enforcement. Experience leading a team and managing day-to-day account operations.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using GPS patrol tracking, reporting tools, and other operational software.
- A Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Disciplined: You lead by example, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Physically Capable: Able to drive extended patrol routes, exit the vehicle to conduct walk-throughs, and respond quickly to incidents in all weather conditions.
- Certified: Valid Unarmed Security Officer license for St. Louis City/County and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
