Assembly / Production Team Member – Window Treatments
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist in the assembly of custom window treatments and exterior shades. Our production process uses fully automated machinery, so no prior fabrication experience is required—but attention to detail is absolutely vital to the quality of our finished products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly of interior window treatments and exterior shades
- Operate alongside our automated machinery
- Accurately read and use a measuring tape
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality on every piece
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail (the most important quality for this role)
- Ability to read a measuring tape
- Ability to lift moderate weight and stand for extended periods
- Reliability and a focus on doing the job right
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
