The Opportunity: We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Occupational Health Front Receptionist to be the face of our San Dimas clinic. This is not your average "sit and answer phones" receptionist job. You will be actively managing the clinic flow, performing specimen collections (urine and breath alcohol), managing our DOT physical schedules, and actively helping us grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet corporate donors, verify government IDs, answer multi-line phones, and manage appointment scheduling (including block-scheduling our in-house Medical Examiners).
- Specimen Collections: Conduct DOT and Non-DOT urine drug screens, instant cup testing, and Breath Alcohol Tests (BAT) in strict compliance with federal guidelines. (Note: We will fully pay for and provide your federal DOT and BAT certifications during your first 30 days).
- Flawless Compliance: Accurately complete paper and electronic Chain of Custody forms (eCCF) using systems like FormFox. In the occupational testing industry, there is zero room for paperwork errors.
- Business Development (Bonus Eligible): Actively upsell walk-in clients on additional services (like respirator fit tests or DOT physicals). Leverage your local network to bring in new B2B testing contracts from local logistics companies, treatment facilities, and staffing agencies.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1-2+ years of experience in an occupational health front office, urgent care, or laboratory setting.
- A true "people person" with a sales mindset who can comfortably speak with HR Directors and Safety Managers.
- Extreme attention to detail (you treat legal paperwork like gold).
- Comfortable handling and processing human specimen samples (urine/saliva) in a highly sterile, professional setting.
- Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a massive plus in this market.
- Bonus: Existing active DOT Urine Specimen Collector or BAT certifications.
Compensation & Perks:
- Training Rate (First 30 Days): $20.00/hour while you complete your federal certifications.
- Standard Base (Post-Certification): $22.00 to $24.00/hour based on experience and performance.
