Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in human resources management, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support organizational growth by fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to employment laws and HR best practices.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote workforce growth.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve concerns effectively.
- Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation policies, and HR legal standards.
- Support benefits administration activities such as enrollment, benefits communication, and data entry into HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro.
- Assist in strategic planning efforts related to organization design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and human capital management initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management within a healthcare or corporate environment is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance practices.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Paychex, for payroll processing and data collection is essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HR sourcing strategies and social media management for talent acquisition is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis and familiarity with various HRIS platforms will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
