Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Property Manager of Roselawn Professional Center. This is an office and retail one location property on the corner of Reading and Section Rd.
You will manage day-to-day property operations, foster strong relationships with tenants and vendors, and ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards. Your proactive approach will drive occupancy rates, optimize revenue, and uphold compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities
- Manage leasing activities, including lease or rental agreement management, tenant screening, and lease negotiations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure all assets are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with legal standards.
- We use Rent Manager software for data entry, reporting, and financial tracking to streamline operations.
- Maintain excellent client communication through professional phone etiquette, customer service excellence, and upselling opportunities for additional services or lease extensions.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while ensuring properties meet all regulatory standards.
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles within a property management company environment.
- Strong knowledge of property leasing processes, contract management, and tenant relations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with negotiation expertise to resolve conflicts efficiently and maintain positive client relationships.
- Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel), and administrative support functions.
