Home Stager / Design Assistant (Part-Time)
We're looking for a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented person to join our staging team. If you enjoy interior design, home decor, and making spaces look their best, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with home staging projects throughout the Bay Area
- Style rooms using furniture, artwork, pillows, bedding, plants, and decor
- Help decide what furniture and decor pieces look best in each space
- Make beds and arrange pillows and accessories
- Assist with selecting furniture, decor, artwork, and accessories for upcoming staging projects
- Organize and maintain decor inventory in the warehouse
- Return decor and accessories to their proper locations after staging pickups
- Prepare decor and accessories for upcoming installations
- Ensure homes are clean, styled, and ready for photos and showings
Qualifications
- Interest in interior design, home staging, or home decor
- Good eye for design and attention to detail
- Familiarity with current design trends is a plus
- Interior design, staging, or related experience preferred but not required
- Organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and carry decor items
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation upon hire

This is a hands-on role that combines creativity and organization. You'll help transform homes into beautiful, welcoming spaces and work alongside one of the Bay Area's top home staging teams.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
