Company Overview:
We are a California-based AI healthcare startup focused on building an “AI Doctor” platform using advanced AI technologies. Our platform provides intelligent diagnostic assistance, personalized treatment plans, and integrates compliant prescription drug supply services.
The core framework has already been established, and we are now accelerating product deployment. We are looking for top-tier AI talent to join us in bringing AI-driven healthcare to the mainstream U.S. market.
Location:
California (Bay Area / Los Angeles preferred; remote with periodic on-site presence)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and iteration of AI healthcare systems, including medical large language models, diagnostic assistance algorithms, and personalized prescription recommendation engines
- Ensure AI systems comply with FDA SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) regulations, HIPAA privacy standards, and healthcare AI compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with medical and research teams to continuously improve model accuracy, safety, and clinical applicability
- Build and lead the AI team, including data pipelines, model deployment, and continuous learning systems
- Contribute to overall product strategy and help launch the AI platform while integrating with real-world physician networks
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in medical AI or health tech AI
- Familiarity with FDA medical software regulations (SaMD, PCCP), and experience applying LLMs in healthcare; candidates with successful product deployment experience are preferred
- Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to lead a team in an early-stage startup environment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (citizen, green card, EAD, etc.); fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Background in pharmaceuticals or medical data is preferred
