Role Summary
is seeking a Sales Solutions Specialist for Digital Experience, CMS & AI Technologies. In this role, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world business needs, focusing specifically on the pre-sales phase of the commercial cycle. You will drive revenue by selling AI, Digital Experience and Complex Software Engineering solutions. You will lead the charge in helping enterprise clients transform their customer and digital experiences using advanced AI and automation. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from finding new customers to closing large deals. You will work closely with technical teams to show clients how these solutions save time and bring value to their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Meet or exceed annual sales goals by selling AI platforms and digital experience solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Meet with top company leaders, decision makes, influencers. Explain hard technical topics in clear, simple ways.
- Lead Strategy with AI, CMS & Digital Experience: Run client workshops to design AI, Digital Engineering, CMS solutions (with platforms such as Liferay DXP) that fit their specific needs.
- Manage Deals: Guide complex sales cycles. Bring together account teams and technical experts to close agreements.
- AI Sales & Lead Generation: Identify AI use cases for clients, build business cases, and guide decision-makers through the software sales cycle to close agreements.
- Cross-Functional Work: Partner with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure the digital experience matches your sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Sales Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience selling Digital Experience/CMS software like Liferay (or any similar software like Adobe Experience Manager, HCL DX etc), SaaS, or AI solutions with a proven track record of meeting business goals.
- Digital Experience: Hands-on experience working with modern CMS and digital experience platforms (DXP).
- AI Knowledge & Technical Acumen: A strong foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and the ability to connect AI features to real business value. Foundational knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and digital customer experience tools.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills for working with executive-level stakeholders. Exceptional skills in listening, negotiating, and presenting to C-level executives (CEOs, CTOs).
- Industry Experience: Past success selling to specific fields like Agentic AI Solutions, Complex Digital Platforms & Solutions involving B2B Portals, CMS, Enterprise Websites, E-Commerce and LCAP.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience working with cloud partner networks or major CMS/Portal platforms.
