Reconstruction Project Manager
Salary: $60,000–$120,000 per year (Base + Performance Bonuses)

What You'll Actually Do
- Manage multiple reconstruction projects from signed contract through final completion
- Build and maintain project schedules that keep jobs moving efficiently
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
- Perform job site visits to ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- Communicate proactively with homeowners, insurance companies, and internal team members
- Review estimates, change orders, budgets, and job costs
- Identify issues early and solve problems before they become delays
- Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, and progress updates
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction

Bonus Points For
- Experience managing residential reconstruction or remodeling projects
- Experience with insurance restoration projects
- Knowledge of Xactimate, JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar construction management software
- Understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
- OSHA certification or construction management backgroud
