Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and supervision to uphold service standards
- Manage food preparation and kitchen activities to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Control inventory levels through accurate stock management and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Supervise food safety practices in compliance with health regulations and company policies
- Assist with shift management, including scheduling staff coverage and resolving operational issues promptly
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing guest concerns swiftly and professionally
- Conduct staff interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong hospitality team
- Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
- Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience with team leadership skills
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required
- Strong organizational skills including inventory control, budgeting, and food management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage managerial responsibilities
- Experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
