Build Something That Matters — With a Team That Respects Your Craft
Knaughty Log Restoration is growing fast because we do things differently. We restore log homes across the country and take pride in preserving pieces of American history — but just as important, we build a team where skilled people are respected, trusted, and rewarded for doing great work.
This isn’t a “show up, punch a clock, go home” job.
This is a place for people who want autonomy, growth, and upside.
Why You'll Love Working Here
Real Autonomy on the Job

If you help us work smarter, we adopt it.
FROM THE CREW (Real Talk):
“I’ve worked a lot of construction jobs, and nothing compares to this. The bosses actually respect you and listen. If you’ve got a better way to do something, you’re encouraged to bring it up — and we’ll change things if it makes us better. The work is hard, but it’s the most rewarding work I’ve done.”
— Adam - Knaughty Log Technician
“This is the first job I’ve had where I feel like what I do matters. You’re not just grinding for a paycheck — you’re restoring homes that people care about and preserving something real. I’m proud of what we leave behind. It’s also been good for my mental health to work with a solid team, stay busy, and be part of something bigger.”
— Brandon - Knaughty Log Foreman
