Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete mixers safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for site preparation, material handling, and assembly.
- Help with demolition, renovation work, restoration efforts, and general site cleanup to maintain a safe work environment.
Skills
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and scaffolding setup.
- Knowledge of various construction trades including carpentry (trim carpentry), painting, framing.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of manual labor on construction sites.
