Conduct telephone surveys with residents of Hawai'i, American Samoa, and Palau to gather critical health data supporting public health initiatives in each community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research interviewing to gather valuable data from respondents.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive rapport with respondent.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure data integrity
- Communicate clearly and effectively with respondents and team members.
Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry.
- Able to read from a pre-defined script with ease.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
