The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the security and professionalism of the community. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, assisting residents with general inquiries, monitoring building access, handling packages and deliveries, and supporting the property management team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, organized, and able to remain calm and professional in a customer-focused environment.
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, residents, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception and office area.
- Assist with scheduling, office supplies, and other administrative support as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service or front desk experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to answer phones, greet visitors, and provide administrative support with accuracy and professionalism.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds while performing daily office responsibilities.
