Duties
- Design and implement an engaging curriculum focused on DJing, music mixing, and performing arts tailored for middle school students
- Teach students fundamental skills for DJing, beat matching, sound equipment operation, and musical creativity
- Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior guidance
- Maintain a safe, inclusive space that encourages collaboration, artistic exploration, and respect among students
Experience
- Professional experience DJing live events (required)
- Prior experience teaching youth programs or working with children in an educational or extracurricular setting (desired)
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques (desired)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Background clearance (Required)
