Position Summary:
As a Banquet Bartender, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy top-quality drinks and service during events. You’ll work closely with our event staff to create an enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and standards.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event.

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests, ensuring that all their drink requests are met.

Monitor guest consumption to ensure a responsible and safe drinking environment.

Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after events.

Collaborate with the event manager and servers to ensure the smooth operation of the event.

Handle cash and card transactions as needed, ensuring accurate payment processing.

Adhere to all local alcohol service laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

Previous bartending and food service experience is preferred, particularly in banquet or event settings.

Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail mixing, and bar equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

TIPS, ServSafe, or other alcohol service certifications are a plus.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required for events.
