WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Run the Floor: Direct daily shift operations, manage cash drawers, and lead team workflow.
- Master the Line: Operate the slicer, prepare high-quality subs, and maintain speed of service.
- Lead by Example: Set a positive, high-energy tone for the crew on every shift.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure food quality, store cleanliness, and safety compliance.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

- Sense of Urgency: Ability to stay calm, focused, and fast during high-volume rushes.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with availability for opening shifts, closing shifts, and weekends.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older to operate the meat slicer (Federal Law).
