Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Installer to join our dynamic construction and installation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including glass installation, cabinetry, framing, and remodeling. As an integral part of our crew, you will assist experienced installers in executing high-quality installations across residential sites. Responsibilities
- lead installs by preparing work sites and organizing tools and materials before installation begins
- demo and installation of bathrooms.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks such as cutting, drilling, caulking, and assembly
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project specifications
- fabrication and remodeling tasks including construction painting, plywood installation, large format stone and fixture mounting
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained
- Support with demolition or removal of old fixtures as needed during remodeling projects
- measure, cutting, fitting, and installation of various building components
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in a maintenance personal role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus
- Hands-on experience with glass installation, carpentry (including frame carpentry), shower pan install, plumbing, cabinet installation, or fixture setup is advantageous
- Knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall finishing, caulking techniques, and remodeling procedures is desirable
- Experience using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, pry bars as well as power tools like drills and saws is essential
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during project execution
- Demonstrated understanding of safety standards on construction sites and ability to follow safety protocols consistently
