As an Entry Level AT&T Representative, you'll work directly with customers and businesses to introduce AT&T's latest wireless and connectivity solutions, answer questions, and guide them through product selections and service enrollments. Entry Level AT&T Representative Responsibilities
- Meet with customers and businesses to discuss AT&T products, services, and current promotions
- Recommend personalized wireless and internet solutions based on customer needs
- As an Entry Level AT&T Representative, process sales orders for all customers and businesses daily
- Assist customers with new service enrollments, account updates, and product selections
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional and knowledgeable service
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and available service options
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings
Entry Level AT&T Representative Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or sales is a plus
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Pay: $4,900.00 - $5,800.00 per month
