What we’re looking for:
We don't want "techs" who just swap parts until the light turns green. We want “Tradesmen”.
- Proven experience as an HVAC-R technician (3 + years preferred)
- Universal EPA Certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and electrical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC-R systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance of systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding system operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and enhance overall service quality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
