BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
New Behavior Technicians (BTs) must be able to complete a 40-hour RBT Training course within a 2-3 week timeline before their start date. We are currently starting BTs at $21+/hr with advancement opportunities within 90 days upon obtaining your RBT!
REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
Must already have active RBT Certification through the BACB.
We are currently starting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at a minimum $23+/hr. Training and advancement opportunities are available for those with the knowledge and passion for what we do! BCBA student opportunities are available as well for those who are starting their BCBA programs!

Duties and Requirements:
- Must have own vehicle and control over reliable transportation
- Must be able to maintain activity level with children
- Implement Plan of Care (POC) with client or client and parent/guardian.
- Attend staff meetings/supervision and training per supervisor’s requirements.
- Complete all required documentation which includes, but is not limited to, tracking of certifications and related paperwork.
- Must complete a TB screening within 30 days.
- Maintain CPR and First Aid Certification at all times.
- Must comply with Medicaid and Licensure required training.
- Must be reasonably tech-literate and able to track data and write session notes using ABA data-collection software
- Must be able to stand, move around, and squat/sit comfortably for extended periods as needed (for example, table time or play activities with clients)
