At The Nook Spa, located in Far North Dallas, we are seeking responsible, reliable, enthusiastic, and amiable individuals to join our team! This position requires an outgoing personality and a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction to thrive. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and would appreciate working in a supportive spa environment, we encourage you to apply. Our spa operates 7 days a week, and availability for weekends and/or evenings is necessary. Please only apply if you can accommodate these schedule requirements. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Previous sales experience is essential, and strong multitasking abilities are highly valued.
Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly and energetically greet clients, ensuring their visits are effortless and enjoyable
- Promote and sell gift cards, and upgraded services
- Efficiently manage the spa's computer system
- Demonstrate knowledge and educate clients about all spa services, products, and policies
- Schedule appointments over the phone and in person
- Attend and actively participate in general and team meetings
- Maintain a tidy and aesthetically pleasing front desk area
- Provide courteous spa tours
