Slate Health is seeking a part-time experienced Biller to support multi-state ABA revenue cycle operations. This role is ideal for an ABA billing professional currently employed full-time who is seeking additional income while contributing to a growing ABA division. There is an opportunity to transition into a full-time role including potential supervisory responsibilities based on performance and organizational growth.
Scope
Submit and manage ABA claims (commercial & Medicaid)
Review CPT codes and ensure accurate billing
Track authorizations and reconcile approved vs. utilized units
Manage denials, follow-ups, and appeals
Post payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs
Support workflow optimization as operations scale
Requirements
Demonstrated hands-on ABA billing experience (required)
Strong understanding of payer-specific ABA requirements
Experience managing the full revenue cycle
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
