This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Controller to step into a highly visible leadership role within an expanding industrial real estate platform. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will take ownership of the accounting function, elevate reporting processes, support institutional investor requirements, and build the financial infrastructure needed to support significant acquisition-driven growth.

- Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across a complex multi-entity structure (50+)
- Oversee general ledger, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity.
- Develop processes and controls that support institutional investor reporting requirements.
- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages.
- Partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and third-party service providers.
- Drive accounting automation initiatives and leverage technology to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Support acquisition integration, entity setup, and finance infrastructure as the portfolio continues to expand.
