We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls with professionalism and courtesy using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets, databases, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Support office management activities such as filing, document proofreading, and organizing office supplies
- Manage the new-lead process on the MyAdvice platform to facilitate new patient onboarding into the practice.
- Manage the process of completing documentation for medical-necessity certificates for FMLA and disability forms on the patient's behalf.
- Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent client communication
Experience
- Prior experience with EMR systems
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and maintaining organized records
- Strong computer literacy including familiarity with productivity software and technical tools such as spreadsheets and word processing programs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication
- Previous experience in medical reception or as a personal assistant is advantageous but not required
