Team Care Rehab Inc. is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team & assist with Evaluations & Treatments at our Outpatient Clinic located at the corner of Wurzbach & I-10. This location is primarily Pediatrics, however we intend on opening treatments to All Ages. Each Evaluation billed will be paid at $95.00/per evaluation, with any treatments (not required, only when necessary) to be paid at $50.00/hr Treatment. If you are looking for additional work outside of our Outpatient Clinic, we will have evaluations at various AL's & SNF's located in San Antonio. We are very flexible with times, however after school availability is ideal for the upcoming semester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients.
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Provide patient education on proper body mechanics, posture, and exercises.
- Perform manual therapy techniques to improve range of motion, strength, and balance.
- Develop home exercise programs for patients.
- Document patient progress in accordance with professional standards.
- Complete Evaluations in a timely manner when referrals are received.
Pay: $95.00 per hour
