Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

Manage inventory, cash handling, labor control, and shift administration efficiently

Lead, train, and develop motivated team members to foster a positive and accountable culture

Create memorable guest experiences by delivering outstanding hospitality and resolving concerns professionally

Support business goals by monitoring sales, labor, and food costs, and contributing to marketing and promotional activities

Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Promote continuous improvement and adapt quickly to changing business needs
Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Strong customer service, communication, and team coaching abilities

Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, and food safety practices

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

ServSafe® certification or willingness to obtain it
