We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting specializing in geriatric care. This leadership role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care while guiding and supporting a team.
As a Unit Manager, you will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a positive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications
-
Active Alabama RN License (Required)

Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (Preferred)

Supervisory or leadership experience (Preferred)

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage staff and prioritize patient care needs
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of assigned nursing unit

Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

Ensure delivery of quality care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
