Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of Kitchen positions include the following:
- Prepare menu items according to Health Department standards and restaurant procedures
- Communicate effectively with coworkers
- Follow safety guidelines for kitchen operations & equipment
- Observe proper storage procedures according to restaurant & Health Department standards
- Label, date & rotate all food products as needed
- Have the ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Maintain a clean & organized workspace
