We are currently seeking individuals to join our growing company as kitchen staff. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about the culinary arts and eager to learn. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided on the job. Line cooks will accurately and efficiently be preparing and cooking a variety of food items in accordance with recipes and guidelines provided by the kitchen leadership team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established guidelines.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Follow instructions from the kitchen manager and other senior staff members.
- Accurately take guest' order and enter them into the point-of-sale system
REQUIREMENTS
- No prior experience required, training will be provided.
- Strong passion for food and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple task.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong communication and team work skills.
- Be present for scheduled shifts and complete tasks as assigned.
This is a part time position with a potential for growth within our organization. After successfully completing three consecutive months of work, there is a possibility of a raise based on performance and dedication.
