Operations Manager

Judith's Cleaning Service is a family-owned company proudly serving Southwest Florida with exceptional residential and commercial cleaning services. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with both professional cleaning experience and proven leadership skills to oversee daily operations, conduct field inspections, and uphold the high standards our clients have come to expect.
This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate will spend time in the field performing quality inspections, training employees, ensuring company standards are met, and providing support to both our team and office staff. This is not a desk-only management position.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and field employees
- Perform detailed quality inspections at residential, construction, and commercial properties
- Ensure all cleanings meet company standards and client expectations
- Train, coach, and mentor employees on proper cleaning techniques and company procedures
- Provide constructive feedback and implement corrective action when needed
- Assist with daily operational planning
- Monitor employee performance and maintain accountability
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Support office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Professional residential, construction, and/or commercial cleaning experience is required.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
- Strong understanding of professional cleaning methods, products, and quality standards
- Experience performing quality inspections and identifying areas requiring improvement
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to train and motivate employees while maintaining a positive work environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to occasionally perform cleaning duties when operational needs require
