The Way You Say LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide services at our offices in Englewood and/or Cresskill, NJ.
You will join a supportive, collaborative team that values professionalism, clinical excellence, and making a lasting impact on children and families.
Position Details:
- Location: On-site at our offices in Englewood and/or Cresskill
- Hours: Availability Tuesday and Thursday between 3pm-6pm is preferred (all availability welcome to apply)
- Population: Existing caseload of pediatric clients, primarily with developmental and/or behavioral needs
- Rate: $90–$100 per hour ($45-50 per 30-minute session)
Requirements:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099)
