Zunex Pest Control is a family-owned company helping homeowners protect and improve their homes through pest control, crawl space restoration and insulation services. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Outside Sales & Field Inspector who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and earning great income through sales.
If you're comfortable talking with homeowners, performing inspections, and presenting solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career with strong earning potential and advancement opportunities.
Compensation
- $18–$21 per hour base pay
- 8%–10% uncapped commissions
- Typical earnings: $50,000–$90,000+ per year
- Paid training provided
- Company vehicle available for qualified candidates
What You'll Do
- Perform on-site inspections of crawl spaces, attics, and other structural areas
- Identify insulation deficiencies, pest activity, and damage
- Take photos, measurements, and detailed notes
Create Solutions
- Develop accurate service proposals and estimates
- Recommend solutions that improve home safety, comfort, and energy efficiency
- Present pricing and answer homeowner questions
Close Sales
- Meet with homeowners and build trust through honest recommendations
- Follow up with warm leads and existing customers
- Close sales for pest control, insulation, crawl space restoration, and related services
Work with Our Team
- Coordinate with technicians and project managers to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Identify additional services that may benefit customers
What We're Looking For
- Sales, construction, home services, inspection, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas
- Ability to present estimates and close sales confidently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience using inspection equipment, or hand tools is a plus
