Job Duties:

Proofread, format, revise, and finalize attorney-client privileged correspondence

Timely and effectively manage calendar and billing for attorneys this position will support

Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including drafting legal documents, preparing exhibits, and organizing case files.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions.

Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored.

Prepare and file court documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Requirements:

Excellent personal skills

Must be available weekdays between 8:00am - 5:00pm for in-office work. An occasional weeknight or weekend may be required.

Must demonstrate dedication and hard work

Most recent cumulative grade point average must be 3.0 or higher

High school diploma required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Must contain excellent skills of full Microsoft Suite Microsoft Word, including the ability to create an automatic outline, print mailing labels, and insert/format multiple columns

Ability to work high volume under pressure while still demonstrating excellent personal skills
