CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts that meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines for various machining processes, including drilling, turning, and milling.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine production requirements.
- Ensure CNC machines are operating according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and product quality.
- Perform daily machine inspections to ensure proper functionality and identify maintenance needs.
- Complete production reports and quality control documentation accurately.
- Communicate production or logistics issues promptly to supervisors or team members.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certificate or diploma from an accredited CNC machining program, or current enrollment in a CNC program is preffered.
- Previous CNC machining experience is preferred (1+ year), but not required.
- On-the-job training is available for qualified students and entry-level candidates.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
