Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CREW LEADER Mover/Driver to join our team. As a Mover/Driver (must be 25 or older to drive), you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and providing exceptional customer service. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties:
- Safely operate and drive various vehicles, including box trucks (Driver's)
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items onto the truck
- Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation
- Assist with packing and unpacking belongings as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Perform general warehouse duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial driving, preferably as a driver is a plus but not required
- Ability to safely load, unload, and secure items for transportation
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in the industry is a plus but not required (we will train)
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Driver position only)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical fitness to perform lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
