Eversole Tractor and Equipment, Middle Georgia's premier outdoor equipment center, is seeking experienced and skilled Onsite Service Technicians to join our dynamic team. Committed to providing top-notch service, we specialize in high-quality outdoor power solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in outdoor power equipment, ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Perform routine maintenance on a variety of equipment, including lawn mowers and trailers.
- Utilize warranty experience to process and manage warranty claims efficiently.
- Collaborate with customers to understand and address their equipment concerns.
- Work weekends as needed to meet service demands.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience and skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in outdoor power equipment.
- Prior warranty experience is essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced service environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Excellent organization skills, as time management is imperative for this position.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification or relevant training is a plus.
