AllHaus is a rapidly growing company based in Bigfork Montana, leading the Flathead Valley in luxury home construction, renovations, and concierge home management. We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Project Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who seeks to work on high end projects in Western Montana's premier mountain and lake communities.
Position:
As a Project Manager at AllHaus, you will be at the forefront of our new construction and renovation projects, playing a critical leadership role. This position offers an exciting career path, rich with opportunities for advancement and professional development. This role requires very little self performing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of residential home builds and renovations—from concept through closeout.
- Own project scope, budget, schedule, and quality; ensure alignment to client goals, company standards, and profitability targets.
- Manage day-to-day field execution through site visits, audits, progress tracking, and proactive issue/risk resolution.
- Coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain workflow, prevent delays, and hit milestones.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules and logistics plans; identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage project budgets; track costs, forecasts, and financial performance; identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
- Uphold safety, quality control, and compliance with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and regulations.
- Serve as primary client/stakeholder point of contact; provide regular updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns.
- Source, negotiate with, and oversee vendors/subcontractors; ensure contract adherence, performance, and workmanship standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop field teams; set clear expectations, performance standards, and training pathways to improve retention and results.
- A company work vehicle is provided for travel between sites and the office.
Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to customer service and communication.
- In-depth knowledge of residential construction, local trades, and build practices in the region.
- Experience with ProCore
- At least 7 years of experience in residential construction (required).
- Willing to commute

- Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
