Our company is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician to perform preventive maintenance through scheduled tune-ups and diagnosing problems. As an Automotive Technician, you should have a mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands on work. We’re looking for someone who has experience working on cars and maintaining them to prevent future problems. Some of your duties will include checking fluid levels and performing diagnostic tests to ensure your car is running smoothly. In this role, you will make sure car maintenance schedules are met and that repairs are done properly. This position is great for those who enjoy being hands-on with making sure our cars are in great condition.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
State inspection license, ASE certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose complicated electronic and mechanical problems relating to both domestic and foreign cars.
- Correctly interpret symptoms of failure and apply the appropriate repair procedures using hand tools and test equipment.
- Utilize a computer to diagnose problems under specific model programs, and to retrieve repair procedures from long term memory banks.
- Service, repair and replace faulty parts and assemblies.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Automotive repair: 2 years (Required)
