Job Description
An established manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Forklift / Lift Driver to support its warehouse operations. In this role, you will operate a forklift, load and unload trucks, move materials throughout the facility, and maintain organized inventory. You will also support general warehouse functions and cross-train as needed within a small, collaborative team. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and committed to strong attendance.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift and wrap machine while following all safety procedures
- Load and unload trucks and move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse
- Put away, retrieve, and organize materials within warehouse racking and storage areas
- Assist with general warehouse duties and cross-train in additional functions as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while accurately reporting time
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Ability to lift, move, and manipulate materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic ability to speak, read, and write English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable attendance, professional workplace behavior, and willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
- Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply

The base pay range for this position is $18, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
