Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Duties:
- Receipt of cash payments, daily balance of cash receipts
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and account requests
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Open/Close Service Order requests
- Dispute/complaint resolution
- Receive Emergency calls/dispatch
- Filing and a variety of other office related tasks as requested
Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in data entry tasks with attention to detail

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Computer skills, customer service experience, and experience balancing payment receipts are preferred but not required
