Reputable company seeks to hire an experienced Shredder Manager to add to their team.
The Shredder Manager will oversee management of all areas of manufacturing from the intake of raw materials to processing, packaging, and shipment.
The Shredder Manager directs maintenance of industry-specific shredder machinery, as well as yard equipment such as loaders, cranes, shears, and other types of heavy equipment.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Manager all operations in the facility including ferrous, non-ferrous, shredder, etc.
- Assign work schedule for employees in order to run efficiently at optimal production rates, with minimal overtime.
- Manage facility QC, safety & environmental programs & compliance, cross-collaboration with managers/supervisors.
- Develop manufacturing plan & establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure product conforms to customer & company standards.
Must have at least 5 years’ scrap metal industry experience & at least 5 years shredder experience. Relocation assistance offered.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
