Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while managing food orders and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Maintain an organized work area, including cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen, grocery store, or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary skills is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
