Responsibilities:
- Supports Sr. Marketing Manager in all marketing needs, including development of promotional/special event design and strategy.
- Ensures flawless planning and execution of promotion and special event initiatives including staffing, communications, permits and approvals, etc.
- Assists with maintaining, implementing, and developing the promotions budget.
- Ensures that policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
- Responsible for effective communication of promotional programs to property operators.
- Serves as a representative to Corporate regarding promotional efforts.
- Responsible for the acceptance, inventory, assignment for distribution or reconciliation of coupons, which are ultimately considered in calculation of gross revenue.
- Ensures accuracy of system set-up for all promotions.
- Coordinates with property Information Technology the accuracy of system set-up for all promotions.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
