Experience in martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, fitness instruction, or coaching is highly valued, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn
What You'll Do
- Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Create an exceptional first impression for prospective members.
- Answer phones, respond to text messages and emails, and schedule introductory classes.
- Follow up with prospective members and existing members to build relationships and support retention.
- Help guests find the membership that best fits their goals.
- Support studio events, challenges, and community activities.
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for every class.
- Assist with retail sales and inventory.
- Work closely with coaches to deliver an outstanding member experience.
- Help create a fun, positive, and energetic atmosphere every day.
- Develop and execute training plans within the KickHouse training scaffolding.
- Provide instruction for group classes in line with KickHouse training standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or boutique fitness experience preferred.
- At least one year of sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Passion for health, fitness, or wellness is preferred.
