Mobile Rehab & Lymphatics, LLC is a rapidly growing mobile outpatient therapy practice specializing in lymphedema, wound care, and neurological rehabilitation. We bring one-on-one, high-quality therapy directly to our patients in their homes, independent living communities, and assisted living facilities throughout Southwest Florida.

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in patients’ homes and residential communities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Provide evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and patient education.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and long-term management strategies.
- Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation using our EMR system.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in discharge planning and communication with physicians and referral sources.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong clinical reasoning and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
- Experience in outpatient, home health, geriatrics, orthopedics, or neurological rehabilitation is preferred.
- Interest or experience in lymphedema management is a plus (training opportunities may be available).
- Willing to work with and hire individuals who are extending their H1B Visa
