Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Maintain balance sheet schedules and supporting documentation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
Qualifications for the Property Accountant:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
