Responsibilities

- Provide detailed information about retail items, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures, including cash management and basic math calculations
- Support customers with banking-related inquiries, such as account information or loan processing procedures
- Maintain knowledge of financial software to assist with sales transactions and recordkeeping
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked to create an inviting shopping environment
- Handle cash register operations efficiently, including 10 key typing and retail math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
- Knowledge of banking operations or financial services is a plus
- Strong math skills, including basic math, retail math, and 10 key typing proficiency
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers
- Ability to handle cash accurately and confidently manage cash handling responsibilities
- Familiarity with financial software systems used in retail or banking settings
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
